Naga fireball festival
Bueng Kan
province has many interesting place to visiting. Today I proud to present about
Naga fireball festival. People in the
northeast believe that if people saw Naga fireball they will be lucky.
The
phenomenon of Naga fireballs can be seen for both the Thai and Lao sides
because it’s happen on the Mekong River.
Fireballs also vary in every year. It will be starting around 6 PM to 9
PM. A person celebrates of Naga
fireballs on full moon of the final day of Buddhist lent. A small ball of fire rise from the Mekong
River in to the sky around 300 to 400 meters.
The good
places where you can see the fireballs included Ban Num Pay, Ban Aa- Hong, Pahk
Kaad and Bueng kan province. If you never saw it you have to visiting Bueng Kan
province and went to see it on the full moon of the final day of Buddhist lent
because you will be have a good luck.
